Representing a leading Chinese private technology supplier, negotiate cooperation agreement terms with Saudi local partners. The other party initially proposed signing a MoU, intending to replace it with a formal contract without informing the client that it was an exclusive agency contract, and requested the client’s signature.
We assisted the client in negotiating, confirming the terms that could be compromised and those that could not, and confirming conditions such as whether to establish a joint venture (JV) company.

Company A sold a batch of goods to Company B, which resold them to Company C. Company B sued Company A, claiming to have paid for the goods but not received them, and demanded that Company A return over 600,000 Saudi Riyals

Labor Dispute Litigaton
Organization A hired B, and after the labor contract expired, A clearly informed B that it would not renew the contract, only signing a short-term contract for one month. After the short-term contract expired, B resigned and later sued A, demanding compensation for 11 months’ salary.
We collect a large number of records that support B’s absenteeism. In the first-instance judgment, the judge supported the defendant, Organization A, and ruled that it was not required to compensate B; B did not appeal again.
