Founded in April 2024, Saudi Dragon United Law Firm is a Chinese-managed local Saudi law firm established in accordance with Saudi law. Its predecessor was Yahya Nader Law Firm & Legal Consultations, originally named Dr. Nader Office, established in 1975. The local Saudi law firm boasts over 40 years of legal practice experience in Saudi Arabia.

Dragon United Law Firm has two offices located in Jeddah and Riyadh, with a team of over 10 lawyers. The Jeddah office operates jointly with Al Batel, the third largest accounting firm in Saudi Arabia, while the Riyadh office operates independently, fully supporting the establishment, expansion, and long-term development of Chinese enterprises abroad. By employing a professional team of local Saudi lawyers, the firm provides one-stop legal services ranging from company registration, license applications, regular legal services, to litigation representation. Additionally, through partnerships, the firm offers services in finance, taxation, investment and financing, and human resources.

The management team of the law firm graduated from prestigious institutions such as Tsinghua University and East China University of Political Science and Law, with backgrounds in law, finance, and management, and proficiency in Chinese, English, and Arabic. The team includes experts familiar with local Saudi/UAE laws as well as Chinese international law specialists.
